Alcoholic Green Jell-O Recipes

small box Green Jell-O
(or other color)

1 cup boiling Water

1 cup Vodka

Green Jell-O Shots

Dissolve Jell-O with 1 c. boiling water, add 1 c. vodka and stir;
pour into shot glasses, ice trays, or into 1-oz. plastic cups found
at party supply stores (they come with little lids); chill until firm
Each person can use a knife, or their tongue, to loosen edges of
the Jell-O to suck it down. If using the 1-oz. plastic cups and lids,
serve cups in a large bowl filled with ice- it'll stay cold longer,
and looks really festive, too!

large box Lime Jell-O
2 cups boiling Water
1-1/4 cups cold Water
1/2 cup Tequila
1/4 cup Triple Sec

Margarita Jell-O Shots

Stir boiling water into Jell-O until dissolved; stir in cold water.
Add Tequila and Triple Sec. Pour into plastic shot glasses or
small disposable cups and chill until set. Or, pour into square
pan and cut into cubes to serve.

1 large box Lime Jell-O
2 cups boiling Water
7/8 cup cold Water
1/8 cup Lime Juice
3/4 cup Tequila
1/4 cup Triple Sec

Jell-O Shots

Stir boiling water into Jell-O until dissolved; stir in cold water.
Add freshly-squeezed lime juice, Tequila, and Triple Sec. Pour
into plastic shot glasses or small disposable cups and chill until
set. Or, pour into square pan and cut into cubes to serve.

2 small, or 1 large box
Lime Jell-O

1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Amaretto

Dash of lemon juice
(1 tbsp. or 1 shot-glass)

Amaretto Sour Jiggle Shots

Stir boiling water into Jell-O until dissolved; add lemon juice.
Allow to cool a bit before mixing in the Amaretto. Pour
into pan and chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.

Optional: Add 1/2 cup of cold water if you don't like your
Jell-O shots quite this stiff.

1/4 cup Blue Curacao

Blue Margarita Jell-O Shots

Stir boiling water into Jell-O until dissolved; add lime juice
and cold water. Allow to cool a bit before mixing in the
Tequila and Curacao. Pour into pan and chill until set. Cut
into squares to serve.

large box Lime Jell-O
1 package Knox Gelatin
2 cups boiling Water
3/4 cup cold Water
1/4 cup Rose's Lime Juice
1/2 cup Tequila
1/4 cup Cointreau

Margarita Knox Blocks

Stir boiling water into Jell-O and Knox gelatin until dissolved;
add cold water and lime juice. Allow to cool a bit before mixing
in the Tequila and Cointreau. Pour into pan and chill until set.
Cut into blocks to serve.
